As your liaison, I listen to you before, during, and at the completion of your project. Based in the Tri-Cities of TN, I can meet with you locally, by email, text, phone, or ZOOM from anywhere in the US.  If your business is farther away, I typically communicate by email, text, phone, mobile, and ZOOM. 

For large, complex projects, I can drive or fly to your site to coordinate your entire campaign as needed.

I am a recent Massachusetts transplant who followed Covid-19 to the Tri-Cities in March of 2020 to be near family in Jonesborough and Blountville. 

This was supposed to be a short stop on my way to live in my family's condo in Delray Beach, FL, but fate stepped in. I am now happily hunkered down in Gray in another family condo and putting down my own local roots, while still servicing my northern clients remotely.

As a solopreneur. I have no employees and outsource all of my printing and graphic design from my well-equipped home office. As a solopreneur, I have the luxury to work from anywhere, and still be able to expertly and expeditiously serve my client base.

Why a solopreneur? The freedom to work anywhere. As long as I have my smartphone, laptop, battery packs, electricity, and a broadband connection, I can service your account as if I am just down the street. The ability to shop exceptional trade printers in the country and consistently offer my clients the best quality and pricing they will find anywhere is very rewarding. No print shop can do everything well, but my stable delivers every time! 

When a design is needed, especially for a logo,  offering the ability to select from fifty, one hundred, or more designs and quickly whittling it down to a  handful is exhilarating! Combining the best elements of each of these into a finished design delivers a finished product without compromise. With unlimited free revisions, you can take as much time as you need until you're 100% satisfied. Brochures, postcards, and presentation folders are painless too!  I tap into some of the most brilliant designers from around the world at prices local designers would never work for.

My business model is meant to create long-term relationships with a strong core of clients. I am not a walk-in print shop with tight deadlines. That said, print material can be turned around in as little as one day plus shipping from plants located on the east and west coast, and the mid-west.  Graphic designs can be created in as little as 24 hours depending on what's involved.
